SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are carefully processed and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note that custom or made-to-order items require 3-4 weeks to create before shipping begins.

Shipping Methods & Costs

United Kingdom:

• Tracked 48: £4.00 (delivery in 2-3 business days)
• Tracked 24: £4.95 (delivery in 1-2 business days)

International Shipping (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7-9 business days.

Packaging I take special care to securely package all ceramics with protective materials to ensure your items arrive safely. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Carrier All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery Timeframes

• UK: 1-4 business days after dispatch
• International: 7-9 business days after dispatch
